The club has a limited amount of equipment for loan and rental, including speed skates, skin suits, etc.  This equipment is available on loan to new skaters at no cost for a limited period of time (usually 1-3 months).  After an initial trial period, we ask that the equipment be returned to allow others the opportunity to use it.  Depending on the amount of equipment available, short term rentals can be arranged.  Rental speed skates are also available from Mr. Don Giese of Chesapeake Speedskating Association.  He can be contacted at: doninhome@comcast.net  Mr. Giese also sells new equipment.  For a complete list of vendors, check out the U.S. Speedskating website at: www.usspeedskating.org

From time to time, our club members order new skate blades for those interested at a substantial discount off the retail price.  We also order team skin suits before the beginning of each season.  Team skin suits can also be specially ordered at any time.  Team jackets and warm up outfits are made available for purchase.  Please check with the club president or vice president for more information.
